Nike Global Digital Brand |  Onboarding Manual

#SWOOSHLIFE was an 18 month long side project completed during my time at Nike. The Nike Global Digital Brand team - commonly referred to as the #digimob - was lacking a cohesive onboarding process for new hires. My coworker Bliss Dennen and I took it upon ourselves to create one. 

After flexing our consumer insights chops by extensively interviewing our fellow teammates on what they wish they had when they started at Nike, we created a holistic onboarding approach that included a document that we called #SWOOSHLIFE. This Nike bible includes everything that a new hire needs to know about Nike and the #digimob team. Between the 2 of us, we wrote and led the creation of this 70+ page book that was implemented department wide and helped new hires get acclimated to the team quickly.
